March 8th, 2010Get Dismembered in Dead Space 2At 10 am est this morning, Visceral Games officially launched "Get Dismembered in Dead Space 2", which basically lets fans think up the coolest way for Isaac to rip apart a necromorph. The contest is live at http://www.deadspacegame.com/contest
At the end of the entry period, the community will vote for a winner among ten finalists, who will then have his or her move developed in-game. Additionally, his or her face & body will be mapped to an NPC in game to be torn apart by a necromorph! Nine runners-up will get their names in the game.
To enter, all fans have to do is come up with some creative way for Isaac to rip apart a necromorph. Entries can be text, audio, or video through the “contest” tab on the Dead Space 2 Facebook page (the above URL is a redirect to that tab). The entry period will last until March 26th. The winner will be announced on April 20th.
